At Farmer Bill’s Provisions, we stand by our products and your satisfaction. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right — simple as that.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds for any product that arrives damaged or defective. If we made a mistake or your order was mishandled in transit, we’ll take care of it — no questions asked.
To start a return, email us at contact@farmerbillsprovisions.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 3 days of delivery.
What’s Not Covered
We are not liable for products that develop mold due to improper storage after delivery.
Biltong must be stored correctly to maintain freshness. If your product is opened and not stored as directed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.
Proper Biltong Storage Guidelines

Keep refrigerated after opening

Store with airflow (e.g. a paper bag, plate, or open container — never sealed plastic)

Do not store in airtight bags or sealed tupperware

Unopened packs are shelf stable for up to 1 year from the pack date
