99% of sticks on the market are made from "trim" (scraps). We use the entire cow, including premium steak cuts, and succulent steak fat.
Our sticks are also hardwood smoked, so you smell the smoky aroma upon opening the pouch!
Is it keto, paleo, or carnivore friendly?
Yes. Our beef sticks are made with 100% pasture raised beef, sea salt, apple cider vinegar, and real spices. No sugar, no fillers, no junk. That makes it a perfect fit for keto, paleo, and most carnivore diets.
How long will it stay fresh after opening?
Our beef sticks are shelf-stable for 1 year in the unopened package. Once opened, your sticks will stay fresh for 5 to 7 days at room temperature. Want it to last longer? Store it in the fridge and enjoy for up to 3 weeks.
Are any nitrates, celery salt, citric acid or preservatives used?

Our sticks are not made with 100% steak cuts. But we use the whole cow, including the Ribeye, NY Strip, Porterhouse, and Tenderloin, and Filet
