Original Beef- This is the classic flavor of biltong. The salt and apple cider vinegar will bring out the natural flavor of the beef, followed by hints of roasted coriander, close, black and white pepper.
Spicy Chili Beef- Biltong with a kick! This is our original recipe with the addition of chili peppers. A perfect balance of savory and spicy.
