Health Benefits

  • Biltong is a natural product that requires no sweeteners, fillers, soy sauce, or seed oils.
  • Unlike added nitrates, which can harm the cardiovascular system, our natural curing method with salt and apple cider vinegar provides a safer alternative.
  • Biltong is a keto-friendly, excellent source of saturated fat with less than 1g of carbs per serving, supporting optimal brain function, health, and sustained energy for your day.
  • Whole foods, like those promoted in the Paleo diet, are healthier than the processed grains, sugars, and other junk commonly found in the modern diet.
  • Protein is the building block of life, and if you're not getting enough, biltong is the perfect snack to provide the protein your body needs while tasting amazing.

Tasting Notes

Original: A classic. The salt and apple cider vinegar will bring out the natural flavor of the beef, followed by hints of roasted coriander, close, black and white pepper.

Spicy Chili - Biltong with a kick! This is our original recipe with the addition of chili peppers. A perfect balance of savory and spicy.

Garlic & Herb: We custom blended about 14 variations of garlic and herbs to land on the winner. Proudly made with American garlic

Smokehouse: Our most unique flavor. Smoked paprika is the star of the show, followed by a hint of turmeric and black pepper. Smoky and savory, perfectly balanced.
